01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 7111 cuci ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 7111 cuci platform, including the website, mobile application, games, services, and content provided by us.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms:

• Registering a new account on the 7111 cuci platform
• Log in to your existing 7111 cuci account
• Making deposits or using any financial services on the platform

• One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) 7111 cuci account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms.
• Non-Staff: 7111 cuci staff, their immediate family members, and individuals associated with the operation of the platform are not permitted to play for real money.

03 Account Registration & User Responsibilities

By registering an account with 7111 cuci, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, true, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Keeping your information up to date whenever changes occur so that it remains accurate
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone
• Notify 7111 cuci immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Taking responsibility for all activity that occurs within your account

7111 cuci may require identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain limits. Required documents may include a copy of your identity card, a utility bill as proof of address, or bank details. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account termination.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 7111 cuci account. 05 Bonus & Promotions Rules

• Final Results: All game results are final once recorded by the 7111 cuci system. No disputes will be entertained after a result has been confirmed, unless there is a clear technical error.
• Technical Error: In the event of a software, hardware, or network error, 7111 cuci reserves the right to void the affected game and refund all wagers. Winnings resulting from a technical error will not be paid out.
• Sufficient Balance: Players are responsible for ensuring sufficient account balance before placing any bets. 7111 cuci is not liable for failed bets resulting from insufficient funds.
• Football Match: All football betting odds — covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international competitions — are set by the 7111 cuci system and are subject to change before a match kicks off. Accepted bets cannot be cancelled.

07 Prohibited Conduct

08 Account Suspension & Termination

7111 cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this Terms & Conditions document
• Inaccurate or incomplete registration information
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• At the user's own request for voluntary account closure

Voluntary Closure: To close your 7111 cuci account, please contact our support team by email at support@7111cuci.com. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method once the review is complete, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

Inactive Account: Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM5, or until the balance is depleted, whichever comes first. Users will be notified by email before any fee is charged.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

In short, you agree that 7111 cuci may:

12 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
